How To Order
1. Purchase your favourite custom illustration style and select the number of people. Please note, pets are classified as people.
2. Email hello@insideesti.com the photo or image of your choice along with your order number and any notes or specific requests. Please ensure this photo is of good quality as they produce the best results.
(If you have a few photos you'd like to combine into one portrait, provide as much information as possible when you send through your photos.)
3. All illustrations are digitally hand drawn and customised just for you! So please allow for 2-4 weeeks for your drawing to be completed. If you need it by a specific date, please let us know when you email through your photo.
4. Once the illustration is complete, a preview will be sent to you to make sure you are happy with your illustration and give you a chance to make any changes before the final files are finalised and sent to you.
5. Your illustration will be emailed to you as a high quality JPG, PNG and PDF. All 300 dpi resolution unless printing and framing has been organised.

Your illustrations will be emailed to you as a high quality (300 dpi resolution) JPG, PNG and PDF file, unless printing and framing has been added on.
Digital delivery is usually 10-12 business days from purchase date. (2-4 weeks at the moment). Please note that during holiday seasons the timeframe might be slightly longer.
If you have added on printing and framing please allow an extra 6-14 days for your illustration to arrive to your address.
Please note, if you purchase a digital download, no print will be physically shipped.
